Greetings To All,
I have been asked to Chair the Auction in Philadelphia this year. Since this auction is in my back yard, I am even more determined to make this one the best yet!
The stakes are high! Each year we have exceeded the auction monies raised from the previous conference. The challenge is on! Last year, the Providence, RI Auction raised over $10,000.00.
It is my intent to contact each member with pertinent information regarding donations, dates & details. Think inside and outside the glass box and THANK YOU in advance for your support, participation and generosity!
I look forward to hearing from you.

It would be very helpful if I could get a feel for what our membership would like to see at our scholarship auction this summer.
What three items would pique your bidding interest?
Thanks for taking the time to answer this question.

1. Members' work (In Albany I was lucky to be winning bidder on a piece by Hallie Monroe, and in Providence I won a piece by Don Burt)
2. Bottles of nice wine
3. Rare books

Kathy,
Not sure who donated those great jewels last year but we went pretty high on our bid and still go outbid. Pinchbacks and such would be great to see again. I love adding to my panel collection from all the stained glass artists so those work for me.
