Hello All:
My name is Elsa I am new to AGG, but have been doing custom stained glass and repair for 24 years. I live in New Orleans, but will probably be moving to Athens, GA. soon. I know, I know...how could I leave this wonderful city? Hubby wants to be closer to family...that's all I can say.
Can anyone give me some advice on a proper 10 x 10 display for an outdoor event? I was thinking about getting an EZ UP tent, because my cheap one blew away at the last show I did. But, I'm not sure how to set up a framing strong enough to hold up my glass panels. What do yall use? Any hints would be appreciated!

Elsa:
A bit off topic, but seeing the New Orleans address, thought I would respond. There is a stained glass symposium this Saturday and Sunday in New Orleans sponsored by The Friends of St Adolphus. Mary Higgins, Jean Farnsworth, Andrew Young, Cynthia Knezeak, Jessie Poesch and myself will be presenting papers about stained glass and restoration. There will be a Church tour on Sunday. If you are interested call 504-482-0008 or 504-636-3040 for more information.

Hello Elsa, For about 20 years I used a Craft Hut in the Ann Arbor (MI) Summer Art Fair...after my other collapsed in a rainstorm. Never had any problems and they can be ordered with various options. http://www.crafthut.com/
As for displaying my work, my husband constructed two separate triangular display pieces, each with a hanging rack on 2 sides and a platform about waist high for my standing sculptures. They come apart very easily but I have to make sure my hanging pieces fit. I probably have a photo somewhere if you would send me your mailing address.
