Hi AGG,

Just this week I had to close my studio.   Running my business was quite a learning experience and now I look to learn more from you!

I currently live near Gettysburg, PA, and will move for the right position.   I am skilled at glazing, designing, fusing glass and bending neon tubes to light the glass from behind. My skills include attracting, training and retaining key employees.

Please email me at: tim@glassflagg.com if you or someone you know is looking for a quick learner, as I am interested in continuing in the glass world. I look forward to speaking with you about the opportunities.   I know that I will be an asset to your business!

Thanks,

Tim Flagg

I was asked to add more detail so i will add some.

The reason for me to close the doors was that the cash flow went out too fast.   I did not estimate correctly the marketing delay and I also tried to expand too quickly, I hired three people to work with me full time to develop the marketing and create projects.   Employees are very costly when you don't have the projects flowing fast enough.

Those two things sank me.   I still have all the equipment but have to shut the doors to get a job to provide for my family.   I still am passionate about glass and look to stay in the glass world.

What opportunities are out there right now? Glazer? Designer? Manager? Sales Rep?

Thanks, Tim

Tim, Sorry about your situation.

Is your associate Matt available.

I am in need of an entry level person, (AKA putting), for the summer months and may be longer.

Michael
